Refund & Returns Policy PASS2CERT
Overview
At PASS2CERT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
Because PASS2CERT primarily provides digital exam materials, some items cannot be returned or refunded:

Downloadable exam PDFs, practice tests, or software

Gift cards

Any personalized or instant-access study material
Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds in specific cases:

Materials that have been accessed or used

Any item returned after 30 days

Items not in their original condition (for physical goods, if any)
Refund Process
Once your return request is received and verified:

We will email you to confirm receipt of your request.

We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or payment account again.

Sale Items
Only full-priced courses or materials are eligible for a refund. Sale items, discounts, or bundle offers cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. For exchanges, contact us at support@pass2cert.com with details of your order.
Gifts

If your purchase was a gift sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns (Physical Items, if any)
If your purchase includes physical products, return them to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs; shipping is non-refundable.
